Your guests will experience your water at every level of their utilisation. From basic plain water consumption to consumption in the form of ice cubes, blends in tea, coffee, or juice. At every turn, you want your guests to have a pleasant water experience lest it ruins an otherwise excellent service offering.

Beyond your guests experiencing your water directly, you will also utilise the same water in your cooking and general meal preparations. The last thing you want is to have your water spoil the taste of your food.

Your water quality will have a bearing on the softness and brightness of your white linen, towels, table napkins, and other hospitality amenities. Water gets contaminated with impurities ranging from; organic compounds, minerals and gases that change the physical characteristics of water (temperature, turbidity, electrical conductivity, colour), chemical (pH, chemical and biological demand of oxygen, total organic carbon, alkalinity) and biological quality of water.
